- adyApril 29, 2014You need to give yourself time to get here as there is heavy traffic sometimes. Don't forget you also have to clear immigration and if on economy, you need to get a seat assigned by the ferry operator
- HYDROFOIL is the smoothest ride as it sits above the water. Great when weather bad. Also if you get the premier class you get free uninterrupted WiFi for free. Food not always best - ask for hotdog.
- Free wifi on the 3rd floor, waiting room, Gloria's coffee, McDonald's and some Chinese fast food. New YaoHan outlet store, not great. buy tickets to the HK airport in advance, seats fill up quick!Upvoted Mar 24

- adyApril 29, 2014Buy your ticket to get back in advance right after you get off the ferry. Otherwise no guarantee of getting a ticket to get back at the time you want. Same thing at the ferry terminal in HK.

- Social News NetworkFebruary 6, 2013Planning a weekend trip from HK to Macau? Don't worry about booking rooms ahead of time. There will be several hotel/casino booths and shuttles to take you from the station to wherever you want to go.

- Food and Drinks at the passenger lounge is cheaper than buying it on the Turbojet, better get them before you get on board.

- Always try to get a JetFoil, especially on a windy day. A much smoother ride, and less frustrating mainland as it is a smaller boat..

- If you come Macau on peak time, buy the tickets back right after you get off the ferry!!!! Here are crazy!
- Stephen ChanDecember 16, 2010If you seasick easily, besides medications, you can try seating at the rear of the boat and in the middle. Jetfoils rather than Turbojets tend to be more stable.

- Luggage storage area under renovation. So no lockers available
- Jung LeeSeptember 16, 2012Can't get out of the airport to visit hong kong. Never tried but that's what it says on whatever thing they had me read at the port.
- Littered with casino employed hostesses. Makes arriving in Macau feel like landing in a brothel
- Get your ferry ticket from travel agency next to cashier. It's cheaper
