Ricardo MichelNovember 17, 2016It's a very family-friendly place. They display mostly blockbusters, or movies for the foreign communities in Santa Clara (Indian mostly). I like CineArts Santa Row more, but this one is bigger.

This theater shows all the hindi movies. Get here early over the weekends, finding parking is the hard part.
Good area for lines (if you have to line up for movies) and the popcorn is pretty good. It's always really busy here.

They revamped the concessions and its bigger and lines are only for paying now. New soda machines have a lot more choices.

They have occasional Bollywood movies here and they get packed. Arrive early to ensure parking, wait time, and sanity!
If you get a coffee from sbux make sure u finish it before getting into the theater, they don't allow it.

Theater 11 has a 4K 2D Sony projector. It is ridiculous. Best viewing experience in the Peninsula...
Tickets aren't cheap and you cant bring in outside food or beverages. (Invest in a large purse or man-bag to hide them.)
Usse you AMC stubs card for discounts. It's worth 12 dollars a year!
Jason WoodardJuly 29, 2016Lack attention to detail. Nice enough. Movie didn't start on time. Then started without sound. They fixed but didn't restart—missed 5 min :(- There's parking on the side of the theater as well as behind. Arrive early to ensure parking at this plaza!
Watch out for the "Outside Food Nazi". If you're careful you can slip a Jamba Juice in with being burned at the stake.
Kelly DoudellJanuary 24, 2012They won't let you buy more than one ticket for a rated R movie if you are under 21. You have to have somebody over 21 with an id to be able to buy any other tickets. So stupid!
They will cajole and ask and press and wear you down until you buy this stupid Stubs card. Arggh! Resistance is futule.
Shikamaru NaraSeptember 17, 2014Most uncomfortable seats at a theater. They don't lean back so you're uncomfortably sitting straight the whole time. The arm rest are way too close. I need to flip at least 1 armrest up to be sorta ok

Jed SmithDecember 6, 2013Just a warning: IMAX at all AMC theaters is a lie. The screens are not IMAX-sized.
Never go to screen 3. It's very small and you can not even see full screen from most of the seats. It has so weird seat arrangement.
Timothy WongJuly 10, 2010Make sure you get here early on a new release weekend because the staff has no idea what they're doing when it comes to organizing lines.
For any Avenger movie (eg. Iron Man 3), stay through the credits for an extra tidbit of film.
It's cool enough. Not any better or worse than any other AMC. It does have a nice IMAX theatre
