Daniel BouludJuly 30, 2014Chef Reddington is a Daniel alum. I love his California cuisine. Some of my favorite dishes are the glazed pork belly to start and scallops as my main. Also try his pizzeria, Redd Wood, next door.

The food ranged from excellent to truly remarkable. Food could not be fresher, better prepared, or better served. Cocktails were unique and delicious. Ambience is minimalist, but clean & sleek.

The roasted organic chicken is my favorite in the USA. I love the 1st course pork belly. This is my most-favorited restaurant. Everything is good. Chef Reddington is the ultimate gourmet man. ;)

Order up a seasonal cocktail -or- try a person favorite "The Bitter Orange" which is available year round.
Definitely worth the Michelin stars.. The lobster risotto is the best thing you will ever eat

- Dinner in the dining room is impeccable, but Chef Reddington's bar menu is one of the best in Yountville.
The trout salad is about as perfect of a dish as you will ever come across.- Make friends with the bar tender and see if you can't discover the "bacon vodka". You'd be hard pressed to find a better meaty flavor in a stem glass.
