- The food ranged from excellent to truly remarkable. Food could not be fresher, better prepared, or better served. Cocktails were unique and delicious. Ambience is minimalist, but clean & sleek.

- Definitely worth the Michelin stars.. The lobster risotto is the best thing you will ever eat

- Dinner in the dining room is impeccable, but Chef Reddington's bar menu is one of the best in Yountville.
- The trout salad is about as perfect of a dish as you will ever come across.
- Make friends with the bar tender and see if you can't discover the "bacon vodka". You'd be hard pressed to find a better meaty flavor in a stem glass.
