Everything here is amazing and only 2.60 per plate! I love their shrimp chang fun, pai gu (pork ribs), har gow and shark fin soup. Even their chrysanthemum tea is delish! Service was fast & friendly!

The most authentic Yum Ca short of Hong Kong or San Francisco. It's Cantonese as Cantonese like it. I'm a native New Yorker and the Nom Wa Tea Parlor at 10 Doyers St. Only comes close. Fantastic.

Every time we come down to LA, our cousins always bring us here since it's close by to their house. The food is okay here, had both dim sum and dinner here as well. Service is something else...

Craving dim sum for breakfast at 8:30 am? This is your spot. New Capital definitely knows how to draw a crowd in the morning with carts after carts of dim sum goodness. Approx. for 2: $40 after tip.

First timers: it's located upstairs in a mall accessed by a driveway directly across from the eastbound 60's exit ramp at Fullerton Road. If your wait is long, TenRen has yummy drinks.

Seafood spring rools salad and any kinds of prawns are great. The minced chicken corn soup tastes delicious.
