On Sunday the only destination available it's Richmond, if you are going to San Francisco, the suggestion is to take Bay Fare and then the Dublin/Pleasanton to Daily City.
The 1$ lot fills up on weekdays at about 7:45am M-Th. I haven't seen it full for Friday morning commute. The reserve lots also open up for 1$ after 10am.- Look for the "New Seats Inside" sticker outside the door to try the new seats!
Setup auto reload on your clipper and save yourself some time and gain peace of mind when you run out of credits on clipper.
If you don’t get here by 9 am in weekdays, forget finding a parking spot

There is rarely any parking after 8 AM in the non-permit lots. If you plan on arriving after that time, consider getting a permit in advance, though it will cost you $4. Read more
Bennett W WongOctober 8, 2015Excellent interchange station between Bart, AC Transit and Santa Clara VTA. Headed to Great Mall? AC Transit route 217 is your answer.
- Head downstairs and exit the station on the east side to catch an AC Transit or VTA bus. Use your Clipper card for a seamless transfer.
- Take a trip between 830 am to 930 am or between 6:30 to 7:30 pm with a clipper to win points at BARTperks.com
Parking is a bigger hassle now because of all the construction that has used up a bunch of spaces
Nestor RiveraJune 28, 2010BART users don't forget to take a transfer pass to reduce the price of a bus ride. Hit the green button next to the stairs inside before slide out.
Catch VTA Line 181 to get to San Jose and the Great Mall (Line 180 goes to the Great Mall on Weekdays).- Parking bike in the Bike Link here is so good.. U always find a place :)
Blake SvendsenOctober 9, 2011Thank you to everyone who gave me a total of 70 cents in change instead of having me pay a extre $10 to get to dublin!
Use a clipper card with auto load to cut down on wait time at the machines and to get rid of those pesky paper tickets.
Taxis and bicycle racks are located on one side of the station while busses are located on the other side.- There's a guy always wandering around 4:45pm wkdays asking for spare change.
If you plan on arriving after 8AM print and reserve your permit before you get here.
Some intersections on the way to Bart have a red light camera. If you get caught running a red you'll get a $500 ticket. Not a typo.
***Show your transfer pass to VTA 180 or 181 for discounted fares for adult and for youth/senior you get to ride for free.***
Looks like the clock on the pole is on time now: it agreed with my cell and with the clock inside the booth.
If your in a hurry to get somewhere DON'T take Bart on Sunday's. They mess up your schedule hella bad cause they have Major delays.
The clock upon the pole is about two minutes slow, so you don't have as much time as you think.
On the escalators: walk on the left, stand on the right.

Apparently mid-day on Mondays the crazies are out. So look out!
Head to a escalator door after union city to avoid congestion!
