Went through a re-fit about 9 months ago and it's one of those re-fits which seems to work. Good atmopshere, friendly staff was quite buzzing when I visited.

Get there early on sunny days. There’s a limit of six per group in the garden.Had to wait more the 20 minutes for drinks despite the pub not being that busy. Server gave our drinks to another table

Bit too trendy for its own good, but a great place for a few summer pints if you can get a table on the roof terrace... come wearing skinny jeans, edgy asymmetric haircut, and unshowered!

Go during midweek when quieter - they have some 'eclectic' bands/promoters upstairs then which can be brilliant. Far too busy/packed at weekends to make it as fun. Read more

Crowded on Sat night,but good vibe! Edgy, smart, good beers on tap. But bouncers closed off smoking/beer gardens on both levels about 11ish, so be wary.

They seem to prefer to serve women and emo people there and every body else are treated rudely. First time I experience this but it’s good that there are so many other places in Camden.
