Very helpful service department and the replacement parts for laptops were readily available at a good price. It's better to get your laptop repaired than to replace them!

For computer parts, check Microcenter first, it's got much better service and usually same prices and better brands.
Continues to amaze me that they have not figured out how to improve the check out process. Long lines with unhappy people watching managers stare at employees at 1980 POS terminals.
Radu G.December 31, 2011Don't fall for the cheaper opened item, they will tell you they're OK and they tested them and you'll find out that's not the case and have to return them later incurring a waste of time.
- Unless you have a service contract with them, take your computers to Best Buy across the street.

You don't have to show your receipt. Just walk on by. They have no reason to stop you.

Brenden BAugust 13, 2010Wanted to buy two flash drives. At checkout they told me I could only buy one. The flash drives are all the way at the back of the store, I had no interest in walking all the way back and forth.
Looked at printers today. They had a lot on display but nothing in stock.

Bathrooms are to the left as you walk in, past the checkouts and appliances.
- No one here knows what they are talking about. Don't ask them anything except where to find the bathroom.
Avoid, go to best buy if you want the same service and bad prices
