This neighborhood coffeehouse has been a popular meeting spot for coffee, bites, and bits of conversation for many a year. A nice selection of sandwiches, soups, wraps and smoothies.

Gluten free breads and bagels and very good smoothies. Counter Culture coffee too.
- Chili is wonderfully spicy, and surprise!...vegan and gluten free. Great neighborhood spot! Organic and fair-trade too.

Good food, with an sad focus on Starbucks-style drinks (milkshaky, syrupy stuff). Espresso drinks are uniformly pretty bad, especially the unfortunate bubble bath they call a cappuccino.
Fav smoothie: The Champ! Fav sandwich: the Scape Goat! Fav hot coffee: Aztec Mocha! Fav summer drink: triple soy iced latte!
Mural Arts ProgramJanuary 11, 2010Our satellite office -- get the Champ smoothie (Chocolate soy milk, bananas and organic peanut butter)& have them add a couple of shots of espresso.
The coffee is horrible, but the pastries and brownies are incredible! I love you and I hate you, Mugshots.
Iced Mugshot and a wheat bagel with cream cheese is my standard breakfast, but go for anything with pesto there, incredible.

In a hurry and need a quick cup of joe? Don't stop here for it. The wait in line is notoriously long due to the complicated cash out procedure. Seriously.
Now located a block away at 1925 Fairmount. Always a great cup of coffee.
