It is a good place to have a 360 view of Tokyo, best to buy the admission fee here and have great views of the Tokyo Tower than to go to the tower.

Probably the best view of Tokyo! At night especially romantic. There are chairs around the observatory to sit back and savor the serene view of the city. A place not to miss when in Tokyo, no doubt!

Do not waste your money going to Tokyo sky tree or Tokyo tower... Better view here, it's cheaper and you can see both towers from here!

「え？ここがドライブスポット？」と思うかもしれませんが地下に割と広い駐車場があり、そんなに高くないです。デートスポットにもってこい！いまは建設物でちょっと見えづらくなりましたが東京タワーと夕日が綺麗に見えますよ。湾岸線の夜景も綺麗。

浜松町駅西口地区の再開発にあわせ、2013年度以降に解体され、200m級の超高層ビル3棟を含む5棟に建て替えられる予定であった。しかし、2015年2月現在、閉館に向けての動きはない。

テナントは５月末ですべて退店。1970年に開業したこのビルもいよいよ解体。４９階建てのビルの解体は日本で最も高い高層ビルの解体工事となります。

32階は31階までの目的階別エレベータでも行けます。32階はハブ階ですね。
