Kristin KnutsonOctober 9, 2015If you prefer a gentler ride, choose the right-hand track (when facing the mountain at the ride turnstiles). The left track has more small drops and jerks you around a little more. Both are good!!Upvoted 1 week ago
You should ride at least twice (once from each load side). Different tracks! Fast pass available, and you can do single riders at the green awning to avoid long lines.Upvoted Mar 3

Pat MossApril 8, 2013Grab a fast pass to Star Tours on the way there first thing in the morning. You will have a short wait and time to hit one or two quick early-admittance rides like Pirates or Buzz before Star Tours.
The left side of the ride is more intense... But ends with a splash that gets you more wet than Splash Mountain or Grizzly River! Take the right side if you want to be dry!

Pretty rough ride. Be sure to watch out for smaller riders who’s heads may sway back and forth more than adults.

STEALS.comApril 7, 2012The Matterhorn line that wraps around the Tomorrowland side is usually shorter. Also the left track is a faster ride than the right.
If you're by yourself, go up to a cast member, and ask about the "single rider line." It'll cut down your wait.

The two different entrances are different tracks! Careful, hold on tight or this one will hurt your back. Still fun as heck, though!

Go to the line on the left for the faster track! It's bumpier if you ride in the back.
Aimee ChowJanuary 7, 2012Ride will be closing January 10th,2012 due to renovations on the new bobsleds that will be put in. They will feature new head rests and other safe gear. Ride will reopen in the summer of June 2012.

Kim AndersonMay 18, 2010Interesting side note: two people have been killed while riding. It's because they stood up during the ride, fell out and were hit by oncoming bobsleds. So don't stand up while riding.
