It's good to know where the closest Apple store is when traveling, because you never know when you're going to need another charger. This location is busy but efficient in getting folks in and out.
Lots of staff to help for a Saturday. Classes were in full swing. Well stocked on the latest gadgets. The Genius bar looked busy, and everyone looked happy. Large store with all the latest products.
Pay the extra money for a warranty on your Mac or MacBook. After 6 months my MacBook charger stopped working & went to see what they can do. They quickly gave me a new one, FREE. I saved $80.
schedule an appointment and be ready to schedule 3+ days out or you'll be waiting ALL DAY. I came the day before around 2p and couldn't be seen. Returned around 11:30 ish to be seen 4 hours later.
If it's not on the shelf just ask the staff. There are more inventory in the back. He was able to save me the trip to another store for firewire cable I needed.

The place is a zoo - it's too small and it's always jammed. Nowhere to sit, either. The Apple store in Fort Worth has a sitting area where you wait to talk to staff.
Employees are definitely not welltrained. Some are rude and I waited more than 45 mins after I checked in even though I had a reservation. Employees didn't know what was wrong with my Mac.
Even if you make an appointment, you wait two hours to get your product fixed. If you leave they take you off the list . Worst customer service wasting people's time.
I've taken two Apple products to this location after they stopped working shortly after the warranty was void, only to be told that my ONLY option was to buy a new product. Lame.
