All Scotiabank - branded theaters are premium. This one is no exception. 2 AVX auditoriums and plenty of vendors to choose from. Burger King is gone though.Upvoted Feb 3- 10% off for movies on Tuesday are limited to a maximum of 6 tickets. You will still get the regular Tuesday rate for additional tickets. Make sure to get reserved seats ahead of time for new movies

Ben EngenJuly 5, 2019Expansive theater downtown. It has some seats that actually move according to what's happening on screen. Seems like a cool idea but I just found it distracting. I'll stick with the recliners.

- Get the Cineplex app on your smartphone. They can scan your scene card barcode right offa that. One less card to carry ;)
My Canada PaydayJune 20, 2013I can't recommend the movies high enough. Nice that there are some good restaurants right below, like Earl's.
Half price Tuesday. Get reg movie ticket for $6.50 or add it with a popcorn and drink combo for $12.75. Get one item upsize for $0.50 more ( or 1$ for both) making it refillable. Good value!
Great cinema. Very comfy and cheap Tuesday is the best!
Always bring your SCENE card to get discount everything.

You bring food you will be asked to finish it or throw it away. Don't be an asshat- Tuesday "half price" update: Movie are now $7.50 (incl tax) on Tuesdays. Add $3 more for 3D movies. Add $6 for IMAX.
- When you use your scene card to redeem a movie, save it up for a 3D one. You won't have to pay extra!

Not your private home theatre so hush up and don't put your legs/feet on the headrest like a caveman.

As someone who doesn't have a data plan, I think all Famous Players venues should have free wifi for those of us who get bored waiting for the movie to start & want to use the Internet or something..
Is it opening weekend? Show up at least 30-40 mins before the show. Enjoy :)

- Make sure to upsize your popcorn to large for $0.50 more, making it refillable. Good value!
You know those machines that let you pickup tickets you bought online? Yeah, they don't work well.
Use your Scene card to collect points on your purchases and get discounts on concessions. Registration is free; do it ahead of time.
Don't forget to use those Cineplex admission coupons in your Entertainment Book!- Give a chance to Timeplay! (Even if you have no clue what to answer)
- Never imagined I wud watch Bollywood movie in this theatre in ImAX
- If the washrooms packed, try the handicap stall next to the arcade.
