Spiros MartzoukosMarch 7, 2015Very tasty, homemade-like Japanese food. You may come in for the ramen, but all of the menu is great. Try the Tori Katsu Don, for example, to eat a nice rice meal.
Not as good as cocolo but portions are big and tonkotsu is definitely worth a try. They also have some decent don and fried noodle dishes
Makoto have upped their game in the noodle and broth stakes. Until Cocolo make the most obvious business decision ever and open their Mitte branch for lunch, this is the next best thing.

Good Ramen and the gyoza are hand made, behind the bar in downtime 😉. Stamina and Tonkotsu Ramen are my favorite.

I personally prefer cocolo ramen tho.- If you're not keen of sushi, that's a nice way to experience another Japanese gastronomy aspect via noodles, miso soups and gyoza. And it's not so expensive.

The tonkotsu isn't actually a tonkotsu broth. However, generally good quality Ramen and truely friendly Japanese waiters.

Veggie croquets + kimuchi + rice + genmai (add more rice and a second starter for extra hunger).

F!May 9, 2017I had a high expectation before i came here. But when i tried the stamina ramen...it was just standard. Nothing special. I prefer men men than makoto.
Stamina ramen is super.. Just the right amount of spicy
