Celeste MitchellDecember 14, 2016We call it the "secret" Target. Located in a commercial-industrial area in Van Nuys, not sketchy at all. No crowds. Check out is a breeze even during the holidays. We love coming to this Target.- David CobbMay 15, 2013We call this one "Secret Target" -- odd location with no real frontage on any major street, but low crowds and awesome inventory when other Targets are swamped & picked clean.
It may be the "most ghetto Target in the Valley" but this one had the writing desk I wanted in stock, so it was worth the trek to this sketchy neighborhood. I went in the morning so it was fine.
