Offering amazing upscale, often locally sourced, food, they will open your eyes to an amazing world of creative and whimsical plates. They absolutely kill it with their fish and vegetarian dishes.

Vegetables are a strong suit. Natural wine is de rigueur. Ask to seat at the bar if you want the best view.

Their special Toki soju collab menu had an incredible crudo with Korean mustard (and wonderful soju cocktails of course!)

Despite of the lack of courses or any order to the dishes, everything Hemlock serves is cohesive. Close your eyes and you think, "This is Hemlock," yet no plate gets in the way of another. Masterful.
