NOLA-style eats with a contemporary twist. The menu changes each week, which keeps us coming back for more. We don't like to play favorites, but this could be the best brunch in Brooklyn.

I had the vegetarian legume... I enjoyed it. Loved the passion fruit.
Goat Tassot: served with rice and beans, fried plantains (like tostones), and pikil, a fruity hot sauce that tastes like Yucatan habanero salsa diluted with vinegar.

21 has become our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. Perfect balance of comfortable and cool. Love the burger, love the gumbo, love the Homer’s Day Off cocktail.
Menu is bomb and bartenders are friendly. Order the cauliflower and oyster mushroom pizza! Warm atmosphere that's inviting and cozy

they have ZAPP'S potato chips. Delicious flavors like creole tomato with tobasco sauce and a New Orleans gumbo flavor. They also have standard flavors. Overall good bodega.

After reading the hype over the french toast I decided to try it myself. And I was quite pleasantly surprised. The bread had a nice crunchy crust and wasn't too overly sweet. I will be back.
