Philip MalloukSeptember 17, 2016Couscous & potato w/ baba ganoush was filling, mildly spicy and delicious! I had it with the sausage which was just a bit spicier. The cappuccino, was perfection with a beautiful frothy creamy milk.

Great food, awesome vibe. Bloody Mary with harissa is yum, as is the pastis. Highly recommend the Dukkah, the Moroccan couscous with Merguez sausages, the tuna ceviche, and spicy organic meatballs.

Start with the avocado toast, tomato bruschetta, and order the couscous. It's life-changing. Put on a "French air" and you'll be set with the crowd!

As usual with the Gitane franchise, the wait stuff is insufferable. But my god the space is gorgeous in the early evening sun, and the trout salad is so satisfying on every level.
