Couscous & potato w/ baba ganoush was filling, mildly spicy and delicious! I had it with the sausage which was just a bit spicier. The cappuccino, was perfection with a beautiful frothy creamy milk.

Laid back and nice place to grab a bite or even go on a first date! The avocado on toast and burger are good picks! (Burger too drippy if you're meeting someone for the first time though).

Moroccan couscous, avocado toast and the hearts of palm salad. Mint tea is also great. Our slice of the Middle East in Manhattan.

Colorful, sunny restaurant along the West Side Highway. The Moroccan Mary has some amazing Mediterranean spices / nuts and goes perfectly with the Couscous with sausage

The avocado toast is off the charts, the steak frites is delicious, and the vibe is fantastic. If you're going to get a drink at the bar, go here for dinner beforehand.

Their vegetable lasagna was cheesy without being overpowering; their roasted chicken sandwich has just the right level of interesting; and their prices are so reasonable for the West Village.

Head over to the very, very west side of the West Village to experience a cute Euro stop, friendly waitstaff (singular), and simple French dining. Read more

Lots of hype for the avocado toast - which is good but likely popular because it's an every girl on a diet staple. Very sweet serve staff. Great watermelon juice.

The mocha has a paw print and the salads are huge. *heaven* oh also double points for looking like the restaurant version of Wes Anderson.

For Saturday brunch, there's nothing better than the Orange Blossom Waffles & the Avocado Toast. Best part is the toast is really easy to make at home, too!

Good: avocado toast, not good: avocado toast for $7.50, bland granola yogurt fruit $9.50 & non-existent service. Nice setting & they take bookings for brunch but I would not return.

Great food, awesome vibe. Bloody Mary with harissa is yum, as is the pastis. Highly recommend the Dukkah, the Moroccan couscous with Merguez sausages, the tuna ceviche, and spicy organic meatballs.

I'm sad to say I just don't understand the hype. Avocado toast was good but couldn't stack up against Bluestone lane or Two Hands. The plus- no wait for a table of 4 at 11am on Sunday

Start with the avocado toast, tomato bruschetta, and order the couscous. It's life-changing. Put on a "French air" and you'll be set with the crowd!

As usual with the Gitane franchise, the wait stuff is insufferable. But my god the space is gorgeous in the early evening sun, and the trout salad is so satisfying on every level.

Try vanilla ice cream covered by pistachios! Heaven on earth! However, we didn't like the waiter (skinny brunette), she was mean and rude - try to choose tables served by other waiters.
