The 13 Coins across the street is a life saver when your train is delayed or if your starving upon arrival. Also, gorgeous station!!
Nice place to escape the elements. Beautifully remodeled station that houses Sound Transit. Maintained public restrooms.

- Hot tip for morning travelers: bring Starbucks VIA Instant Coffee packets with you in case the bistro car coffee machine is out of service; you can always ask for hot water to make coffee
The remodel is stunning but they didn't fix one of the fundamental problems with all stations- there is no way you're going to hear the overhead announcements. Don't rely on them.

Don't forget to tap your ORCA Card. If you have an ORCA card, it’s your ticket for riding Sounder – but you must tap it when you get on and off the train. Every ORCA card must be tapped every time,
- A good option for sea-tacoma when the weather is good and traffic is bad. Check WSDOT website before deciding to bus or train during peak times.

On a Sounder train, table seats are the only ones with outlets. But get there early if you want one... they go fast!
Save yourself time by skipping the lines and using one of the two self service machines!
