This is a somewhat small intimatetheatre so every seat has a great view of the stage. On the flip side seating is extremely cramped so be prepared for agonizing discomfort for anything more than 2hrs
Don't be worried about seating. The theatre is so small every seat is a good seat. I sat in the very last row and my view was perfect. Nothing was obstructed and I could perfectly see the actors.
It's a small theatre, so every seat in the house has a good view of the stage. Having said that, the seats are quite close together. Leave your shopping bags at the hotel.
From the creators of South Park. Couldn't go wrong :) funny as hell, great songs, great story. You'll leave the theater with a huge smile on your face, guaranteed.
Worth every penny. You'll have better luck buying a ticket if you're willing to go by yourself. You can still see everything if you get an obstructed view ticket, which is cheaper.
Watched the spectacular Book of Mormon. Cramped theater with seats uncomfortable for anything beyond 90min, but gives a great view of the stage. The restrooms are tiny and long lines during half time.
Beautiful, relatively small theater. The seats are older ones, with wooden armrests and not much legroom, but were comfortable enough to enjoy the show.
Power walk (no running!) to the bathroom during intermission. The lines get insane at both men's AND women's, wrapping all the way to the second floor sometimes.
AMAZING!! I love musicals, I go to the theater all the time but I was blown away by this. An incredibly lively, engaging performance that tells the story of Fela Kuti, activist & inventor of Afrobeat.
Do whatever you have to do to see Book of Mormon (pay huge fees, wait in the lottery every single day, train as a ninja so you can slip past security). It's that good.
These tickets are not currently available at TKTS, but try the lottery rush for last minute discounted tickets! If you strike out, you can always come see us afterwards!
Home of the Book of Mormon. Great show and the theatre is nice. Make sure to check out the lottery for cheap (sometimes front row) tickets about 2 hours before showtime.
Amazing show! If you cant get seated tickets, show up a couple hours early and try the lottery or for standing room only tickets. About $30 and so worth it!!!
If the show sells out, they sell 20 or so standing room tickets for $27 cash. Each person can get up to 2 tix. Line starts to right of theatre at window facing street. Can do both standby and lottery.
This show isn't for everyone. There's some very dark stuff, and some will find its take on religion offensive. I liked it, and was impressed with the religious questions it faced. But not for all.
The Book of Mormon is a MUST SEE. Get your tickets before this show becomes the Tony Award winner for Best Musical and tickets become even harder to obtain!
Might be the most ridiculous musical I've ever seen. But I had a smile on my face the entire time and was genuinely laughing out loud. Definitely go if you're lucky enough to get tix.
Feeling lucky? Try entering Book of Mormon's Lottery. Head 2 theater 2.5 hours before curtain to submit ur name.Winners are chosen 2 hours before curtain! Tickets are $32 if you win!
If you REALLY want to see this amazing show- do standing room! Better than having actual seats! Saw it twice and I'm going to go again soon! Matt Stone & Trey Parker are GENIUSES. Love them!
Winner of 9 Tony Awards® including Best Musical! From Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park, comes a new Broadway musical called “the best musical of this century” (Ben Brantley, The New York Times) and “the monster hit Broadway’s been desperate for” (Michael Riedel, New York Post).
