The UWS location is roomier than the original, and there's a bigger menu with a Carbone-esque linguine and clams and that made-to-order mozz. All of the original sandwiches are still on the menu. Read more

The best follow-up to your chicken parm hero is creamy, thick-cut layers of pistachio, strawberry, and chocolate ice creams. Read more

The best part about this new outpost...they take reservations! It goes without saying that the chicken parm & meatball parm are must-orders, but don't pass on the warm mozzarella or brussels sprouts.

my dad declared their turkey hero "one of the best sandwiches i've had in my life." i can't emphasize enough how high of praise that is.

Reservations can be made for up to 14 guests. For lunch and dinner, diners can pick from options like rigatoni fra diavolo, pork milanese, baked ziti, and baked clams for dinner, plus heroes at lunch.

Very good, mid budget italian food. Its called Parm for a reason. Majority of the menu is parmigiana. Get the meatballs and whatever else you like.

Sandwiches are a no brainier but the cocktails are also very good. The deli counter is a great spot to grab sandwiches on your way to Central Park.

Everything here is great but there was no particular dish that stood out as incredible. Don't let that dissuade you this is amazing food!

Excellent ingredients; well prepared. Especially nice on Sundays when Columbus Avenue Open Streets. A bit pricey. Lunch for three with one drink age was $200 including tip.

While delicious,be warned that the 'smashed potatoes' are not what you might expect given every other restaurant's version!

If you're getting wine, look no further than the Montepulciano; it's the best wine on the menu. The spumoni cake is good, but L&B (its inspiration) still has the best in NYC.

The food is delicious. It's impossible to walk past Parm and not stop in for a third dinner or a snack. Most waitstaff here simply do not care to be friendly, hospitable, or interested in their jobs.

The meat ball parm was very tasty. I asked for the platter off the sandwich side of the menu expecting a hero with a side salad but no bread. The salad was very flavorful. All and all very generic

Mozz sticks are awesome. Chicken parm hero is the star! They also have great turkey sandwiches.

Warm mozzarella served with garlic bread--must have. Meatball parm hero is large enough for two. Bartenders are great with helping to select wine.

The eggplant parm is amazing. The ice cream cake and key like pie are delicious desserts. Our waiter Kyle was delightful.

Amazing atmosphere; the food totally ups the UWS Italian game. Don't miss the mozzarella sticks, ice cre cake and ziti.

Super casual but great quality food at nice speed and price. If I lived closer it would be my neighborhood regular.

The food was good. It's fairly loud and lively. There is a plethora of waitstaff but they all feel like this is their first restaurant gig. They are overly casual and not appropriately polite.

Order chicken parm sandwich with fries. Pair it with a cold Peroni. Service is mediocre but dishes are super delicious.

Great bartender, service and ambiance. My two complaints: a little pricey & the pasta had way too much salt.

If there's a long wait for a table, grab a first come first served table at the bar instead - food served here too.

It's called Parm: obviously go with one of those options - chicken, meatball or eggplant (in that order). Skip the turkey. It's a big portion, but can be dry.

People rave about the Rigatoni Carbone but it is just OK. Service is horrible. The server took my order and didn't come to table again until after I'd completed my meal, despite walking a few times.

Spicy rabe side is VERY spicy and oddly bitter. Maybe our batch was bad but I'd avoid next time?
