Eggs Francisco. Can't go wrong. Also, if the cinnamon roll pancakes are available, you must indulge your tastebuds. They don't disappoint.

Vegan pancakes available every day. Soymilk for coffee. Curious meat-eaters: get vegan sloppy joes. Avoid the tofu scramble, unless you *really* like the taste of nutritional yeast flakes.

The vegan pancakes (any flavor) are to die for-they taste like fortune cookies in pancake form! I'm not a big fan of the seasoning they use in the soysage/tofu scramble/hippie burger, though.

The Chicken Fried Chicken was excellent. Highly suggested.
Try the Pear & Bacon Grilled Cheese - Crisp bacon, fresh pear, aged white cheddar and garlic basil aioli.
Great Staff and lots of Vegan Options! Try the Harvest Omelette with tofu scramble and no cheese.
migas or Paris Texas platter is the best Here. if your in the mood for a snack the Kirby or cowboy queso is delicious. I've been coming here for years
Come early on the weekends for a shorter wait, (before 10am.) Guitarist makes it go fast.

Love the joint but if you're looking for a spot to go to on Sunday's be prepared for a crowd.
