The chef is serving small plates, like grilled cheese "pane con tomate," shrimp poppers, fluke crudo, grilled octopus with almonds, escargot with chickpeas, and lamb tartare with black olives.

This new tapas joint to pop up certainly doesn't disappoint. You'll find creative small plates like grilled cheese 'pan con tomate', pigs in a blanket, & corned tongue - all of which are delicious!

Love the simplicity and humor of the dishes. The prix fixe is a great way to get a sampler of everything on the menu BUT it's likely to leave you very full! It's a lot of food.

This place is incredible!!! Opened January 2014, hidden on a street with amazing competition. Seek this place out you won't be disappointed. Octopus and beef rib are A+++. :)

Market-driven plates, such as the Fluke Crudo and Lamb Sliders, bring out the best in Bill Telepan's new downtown restaurant.

I will admit, dinner is wayyyyy better than brunch. So if brunch was your first experience, come back again. Everything is locally sourced too.

“It’s hard to know how much ironic distance was intended from TGI Fridays when Bill Telepan ... put together the menu for his downtown venture, but you might wish there’d been more.” Read more

Everything is fine but nothing is really really good. Octopus and mushrooms are decent, chickpea salad/cauliflower gratin pass

One or two good dishes from about a dozen but this is a place where "tapas" really just means "tiny portions".

I was disappointed to see the arancini and pigs in a blanket were no longer on the menu when we visited after having ordered them on seamless previously. Not impressed with basement seating.
