- Be sure to sign up for the program TSA pre-check. It is a fantastic program and will save Tons of time at Lambert Airport. C gates have a rapid entry point where you don't have to remove shoes, etc.
- At security, put your wallet, phone, keys, change, etc. in your bag or your coat pocket. It keeps your stuff together and it's much easier to get your stuff on the other side of the x-rayUpvoted 2 weeks ago

- Don't forget to leave your computer in your carry-on, your shoes tied tightly to your feet and with any toiletries, be sure they're in oversized containers haphazardly placed in your satchel.
- Mindy Murphy BoeraAugust 11, 2013Hands down one of the nicest and cleanest airports I've been in! The bathroom stalls are large enough to fit your carry one without having fear of tripping and falling to the lu!
- Terminal 2 (or the East Terminal) is a breeze to deal with. With TSA Pre-Check I am through security in less than 15 minutes (even when busy) and the food options a good and have a lot of variety.

- Paula MadeiraAugust 24, 2018Not so big but nice. There is a train that you can get to downtown. For $7 you can get a day use pass. Very nice.
- On the move again. Breakfast in St. Louis, lunch in Denver, dinner in LA. Wado to Grandfather, wado to The People!
- Make sure to get here early as security lines are long and don't always move quickly, especially for SW. Good food choices beyond security though which is a nice change.

- Look for vending machines for quick soft drinks or water! You’ll save time and money avoiding the bigger shops.
- Came earlier if possible. TSA lines could take half hour and i a rush, you could miss your flight.There's 3 nice restaurants near A15 gate, and also a gift shop eith Cardinals apparel!
- To get through security quickly, have liquids and computers out of ur bag and shoes and coats off and put it all on the belt to scan. Toss the water or down it. Babies out of their carriers too!

- DonovanMay 12, 2018Dated airport with a horrible rental car setup. Even if you are a frequent member, Leave yourself an extra 45min to get and drop off your vehicle.
- Eat at the pasta house downstairs by baggage carousel. It's across from Starbucks and the best food at the airport
- Make sure you pay attention to which terminal your airline is located...or you'll have to go through security more than once.

- A wonderful place to journey home to. Beautiful terminal designed by Minoru Yamasaki. The recent improvements have made this a fantastic place!

- Hungry? Got to the Pasta House and order the meatballs. Huge yummy and not like airport food. Plus good beers and wine.
- Very easy airport to fly in and out of. Perfect connecting airport when flying cross country.
- Maria LindseyAugust 7, 2013All of my apple devices were offered complimentary wifi via boingo but my fiances HTC they kept trying to charge him. How bout that? So I guess there is free wifi if you are an Apple device holder
- The Metrolink is $4.00 one ride good for 2 hours...that will get you all the way to Shiloh-Scott in Illinois...& don't forget to validate your ticket...fines are steep!
- Southwest Airlines hub has been great. With easy access to major cities.
- SmashleyDecember 29, 2012If your traveling with a service dog don't be nervous. Everyone knew what to do and no one gave me the third degree or asked a lot of questions. Made me much more comfortable!!!
- In Terminal 2 the Schlafly/Pasta House bar sells 6-packs to go of Schlafly products. Bring some for your friends to try!
- Chris PolloneMarch 15, 2015Gate A men's room has the tallest toilet I've ever sat on in a non-handicapped stall. I felt like a gargoyle up there.
- No visit to STL is complete until you visit @Schlafly, and if you're heading out of town you can visit their Tap Room in Terminal D.Upvoted Mar 12
- If you're flying Southwest be patient my friend. It's crowded and busy here. Hang in there! (there's not a lot of places to sit!)

- Can't beat an airport that has easy access from the metro.

- The snack and gift shop by Gate E6 has fantastic Sour Patch Kids. What a great batch!
- Some great history with TWA, unfortunately that ship sailed many years ago. If you stay at the airport Hilton you can see some great pics of Lambert in its glory days.
- Major improvements in recent years have made Lambert better. Try all the local eats and new shopping options.
- Arlene COctober 20, 2013If you booked with Southwest but you are flying Air Tran you still need to check in with SouthWest. Also if you are going into "the city" so much cheaper to take Metro( $4.00 vs$40.00) .Straight shot
- Of you don't have PreCheck with TSA get it now-- will save you a ton of time here. If you are military you can use it too.
- The shoeshine guys are phenomenal in the East terminal. They'll have them looking like mirrors.
