- Help yourself to a cup of coffee on arrival. I recommend the subtley-sweet, velvety-smooth, pecan-flavored variety. Refill as often as you like.

- The Ham & Gouda Sandwich is juicy and savory. It's a bit steep at $14, but delicious, responsibly-sourced food typically comes at a price.
