JonOctober 22, 2016If you're catching a late night bus, there's a cafe and bakery to the rear of the terminal on the ground floor called Sawamura which is open till 3am and is pretty relaxed about people eating slowly!

ファミリーマートが2016年11月18日より営業してます。 [ https://goo.gl/O615gi ] 4階のコインロッカーのある入り口あたりにあります。それまでバスタには売店なかったので便利になります。ただし売り場面積はめっちゃ狭いうえ、ここしかバスタに売店ないためレジ混雑がヒドイです。売ってるものも飲食中心(乾電池・化粧類 など雑貨少々)で書籍は売ってません。コピー・ATMもありません

ほんとに邪魔だった新宿南口甲州街道のタクシー。乗り場も、客待ちのタクシーもバスタに集約された。タクシーによる甲州街道の渋滞も事故のおそれも解消。大満足。

マーライオンApril 4, 2016JR新宿駅からのアクセスは新南改札が便利。ただし、この改札は5:45～24:00の営業のため、早朝・深夜は南口から出て甲州街道を渡る形になります。コンビニは2016年11月18日から営業を開始しました。
トイレかなり少ないと思う。夜行バスとかで、到着後朝の身だしなみを整えたいなーと思っても、かなり混んでてちょっとしんどいよ。
高速バス乗り場は4Fですよ、お間違えなく！数ヶ月前から、以前は使えたエスカレーターが閉鎖され、タクシーを降りてから、遠いエスカレーターまで歩かねばならなくなりました。後付けの施設だからか、動線が余り整理されていない印象で、戸惑わされます。
あまり綺麗ではない意味のスラングを連想させるせいか、外国語の案内表示には「バスタ」という名称が一切出てきません。海外の観光客に道を聞かれたときは普通に「バスターミナル」という言葉を使ってあげてください。

Sakehiro HAugust 10, 2020甲州街道の信号を渡るルートよりも代々木寄りの高島屋やドコモのビルが目に前にする改札ルートを勧めます。前者だと下手すると上のターミナル階まで大廻りせざるを得ず、ギリギリで乗車しようとする際には乗り遅れリスクあります。- Sakehiro HAugust 10, 2020新宿駅からの乗り継ぎの場合JR新宿の代々木寄り階段上の新南口方面の改札を目指し、バスタ新宿の看板を目指すべし。そうすれば甲州街道の信号待ちを経ずに、4階の乗り場直行のエスカレーターに乗れます。
gin_and_tanicJanuary 1, 2017高速バス乗り場である 4F のロッカーの数が少ない。3F の東京観光情報センターでも佐川急便による手荷物の一時預かりサービスを行なっているが、800円もする。
羽田空港便をよく利用します。料金は高いけども、電車よりもリムジンバスのほうが楽だから重宝しています。パスタが出来たおかげで迷わなくもなりました。
待合室内は椅子が少なく、立ってる人も多い。混雑時のトイレとコンビニほ行列。乗り場Dは待合室と逆側なので、少し余裕を持って移動した方が良いかも。

高速バス専用のバスターミナル、12面ののりばをもっているのですが、降車の際に、運行会社によってはとんでもないところで降ろされるので注意が必要。
