Ribs and Q combo, baked beans are on point.(and I'm from Boston). Local drafts are waiting for you. Took home the hushpuppies because I was stuffed and happy.
This place was great! Staff was super helpful with suggestions and also with offering samples of all the sauces. You'll need a change of clothes after though because of the smoked goodness. Yummy!
Pork and brisket was good, but not as good Dickes, at times. Beans were superb along with fries, green beans and Mac and cheese.. the old central bbq in Memphis is still best overall ...
Even if you don't feel like a barbecue plate go to Martin's anyway and check out the great ambience. Have a Hippie salad with moist and tender smoked turkey. Killer sauces. Friendly helpful staff.
Brisket, ribs and pulled pork are my favorites. All cooked to perfection and I also prefer spare ribs to baby back. I find the spare ribs to be more tender! Second visit!
You always know a good BBQ joint when there are paper towel rolls on the tables. Highly recommend the brisket. They smoke in house and have counter and takeout service.
Wet baby back ribs were edible but had a hint of the "pee" smell of bad barbecue. Mac and cheese was Kraft. Broccoli salad was actually the tastiest thing I had.
