Quick service is usually good but when you try to make a service appointment the toll free number doesn't always work. Plan ahead when making appointments as they are fully booked all the time!
Toll free number is very funny. If select Riyadh the agent says I am in Jeddah. If you select English, Arabic agent will answer and say he doesn't speak English. This has to be really checked.Upvoted Feb 10

Ali AlJarwanJanuary 28, 2015أهم شي تحجز موعد قبل لا تجي، لأن المكان زحمة و ما راح تخلص بدري إلا لو كنت حاجز موعد مُسبق.المواقف أسوأ شي موجود. مكان صغير و لا يقارن بعدد الأشخاص اللي جايين للصيانة!
فرع سيء من ناحيه التنظيم ويا ليتهم يتطورون طبعا يتصلون واقولهم عن هالمشكله ولا حياه لمن تنادي
سستم الصيانة صار بطيء توهم مركبين سستم جديد ويتعلمونة ..
