Francesca's is really only at number 8 because of the wooden flooring, which is somewhat sensitive to sound transmission (please don't test it by stomping your feet :) ).

No tip has ever been more accurate than the one about the horrible music. It's seriously the weirdest crap I have ever heard. And they have about five outlets- not encouraging lingering.
