- Nate SOctober 4, 2019Love the atmosphere—has a very winter vibe; fireplace and dark wood. Can imagine coming back on a cold January night. Chicken pot pie was ok, but drink menu totally missed the mark.

- The Food SlutsJune 25, 2012Great space, with red leather banquettes & wooden floors but beware the distracting cool-factor. Try the tuna tartare ($16) or splurge on the classic Dover sole with hollandaise & string beans ($46). Read more
- Lisa🌻November 14, 2013Ask for the room in the back. Quaint atmosphere. The waitstaff were nice, attentive. Most of their dishes are reasonably priced (for NYC). I had the $125 macaroni & cheese w/white truffles.😱Good wine
- ブルーノDecember 9, 2016Stopped here for brunch. The Waverly is beautiful, absolutely loved the ambiance of both interiors and the garden in the back. On the other side, food is just ok and the service is kinda disappointing

- This place is home. The food is great (get a booth), the decor is perfect (that mural!) and the bar makes a tight martini (kalamata vs green). Classic WV.

- Sam PezzulloJuly 24, 2013One of my favorite things about this place is how quiet it is. You'd never guess you were in NYC. Feels like Europe, and the people watching is great.

- Kira GlasteinMarch 25, 2012The place has excellent atmosphere and feels like old NY. Pricey but certain dishes are worth it. Tina Tartare was delish. Truffle Mac and Cheese huge splurge.
