- M JJune 18, 2012Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba with Jessie is the best. She's fun and energetic!!! She's a very humble instructor and makes you sweat! Parking is a slight issue, very cramped and small.
- Never pay for a personal trainer. Listen closely to a 1 on 1 session and observe all the move and routines that they are teaching; then try out on your own at your own pace and the big price of FREE😉
- The staff here (with the exception maybe 1) is super nice, helpful and cheery. I love the trainers here especially Julius. The hot tub could be hotter though.
- Large gym, plenty of options in equipment, just avoid it on weekdays from 4 to 9pm & Saturday mornings. Sundays are generally great for avoiding crowds!!
- Great place to an get jacked...anyone who complains about this place is nuts...go to ballys then. xsport is 24/7 and i would assume its rather hard to keep up to cleaning everything every hour. Also,

- Great selection of equip. I've never waited long for a machine - no matter what time I'm there. Love the towel service but bin is not convenient. Especially if you forget until your ready to shower :(
- If you aren't using equipment or you are on your phone "resting" get off and let someone jump in for a set. Especially at a busy time.
- Since the organization opened express location near kedzie & belmont it's not nearly as packed in the mornings, but the evening is still a ZOO!
- Definitely hit the gym at odd hours and you will have it completely to yourself.. I work at a bar and go after work around 3 and the only people there is the cleaning staff

- This gym cares more about festive balloons & odd employee themed parties than it does properly stocking towels & paper towels
- Instead of driving, consider walking/biking/skating/jetpacking from roughly 5-8 pm on Mon through Wed, as there are usually about 20 more cars looking for parking spots than there are actual spots.
- Pros: cheap rates, great city views from atop the garage. Cons: bathroom smells like dirty feet, "towels" would better serve as rags, large TVs are situated behind the machines (explain that!).
- The environment is perfect for a workout...Not too crowded and always a machine available
- If you spend as much time working out as the dude with the Geri-curls who "works" here does loudly talking to himself or on his cell phone, you'll be in great shape.
- Finding that weekdays between like 1 & 3 are awesome times to come! Shhh! 😉
- Go before work in the morning -- usually no wait time for any machines/weights
- Customer Service here sucks. Chicks at the desk are oblivious to clients and clueless as hell in all aspects! *focused on my workouts* GET IT IN AND GET THE FUKK OUT!
- Lindsay LouNovember 6, 2010The gym's open 24 hours, so if you aren't patient enough to wait AT MOST five minutes for a machine or weights then go earlier/later. There's loads of equip-so you're still more likely to never wait.
- Pretty solid gym all things considered. The Hoist machines rock

- You can park in the Target garage if the xsport lot is full. Don't park in the Target LOT though, you will get towed. The GARAGE is ok.

- This gym used to be a very good deal. Now despite having signs all over the place that say “24/7/365” they close every night. Overcrowded & stinky. A real shame
- Choni Carter was a no call no show for our 1st PT session. The front desk girl said he's great at what he does but very unreliable! Needless to say I'm canceling my sessions!!!!
- I was one of the first ppl in this gym (even got the membership b4 it opened) but as the membership grew it has gotten worst with the service and # of ppl. Just be forewarned and proceed with caution.
- I love XSport. Compared to Bally's it's a palace! But the youngsters are PIGS! They should be thrown out! Disgusts those of us who respect the facility.

- Wash your gym clothes people! Your tolerance for stink may be higher than those around you.
- Drink a preworkout right before you walk in then drop a duece right before you workout. Light as a feather, strong like a horse.
- Free wi fi doesn't work & data connectivity through cell sux due to the old concrete building; complain to mgmt to fix this!!!
- Your not officially a member of this club till you slam weights, leave weights all over the place like a slob, & leave towels everywhere.
- 10am muscle max with Mary is the cure for any lifting plateau!
- Great place...if you like disinterested employees that can't be bothered to clean up towels, fill sanitized bottles, clean the crap out of the showers people leave, or fill up the TP rolls. Ugh...
- Def go to Kareem's, Keely's and Maricor's classes. They are the best!
- Vanilla protein shake with peanut butter, tastes like an ice cream shake! :-)

- If you are using two machines or take longer rwsts between sets on the same machine, please leave the machines open for other guests. Otherwise you're just a rude douche. :-)
- Great gym. Lots of hardworking people getting fit. Motivating!
