Heather LinnoNovember 19, 2021It's a perfectly fine terminal. Some shops, some places to eat. Not massive but good amount of charging stations and the seats are fairly comfortable. No TSA Precheck. Be aware. Expect long lines at security. Alaska Air moved here recently, FYI.
Andrew CJune 4, 2018It's still under renovation and it clearly shows... TSA PreCheck lines are non-existent (at certain times) and you get a card for the normal line, so can keep shoes on and that's about it

Robin ZDecember 13, 2017Flew out of here on Virgin on a Tuesday morning. Basic small terminal, no pre-check lane but the line wasn’t that long. Food area is small, tucked off to the side, and a little sad but okay food.
Leigh MastersOctober 1, 2010If you get anything done at the spa, they will let you sit in the massage chairs with a blanket and nap for as long as you want!! Even if you leave and come back. That is the layover I'm talkin bout.
Balducci's had a pretty good corned beer and pastrami sandwich on a kaiser roll that they will heat up
I like this terminal. It’s small therefore quick. TSA is still terrible though :o

No place to sit leaving family to eat off the floor in the gate waiting areas.
You know you’re a disgrace when you make the old LaGuardia look good.

Take the air train to jamaica station, then hit the LIRR to NY penn station.
