- The employees are friendly and great to work with. Plan on waiting over an hour for your car to get serviced...
- Colleen MullinsJune 17, 2014The work is always fine. But 2 times in a row of visits, they've managed to be unable to find me in the waiting area, where I was actually sitting, costing me today to be here for about 3 hours.
- Casey VikanderApril 7, 2011Everybody is super friendly, from the sales team to the service department. Very glad I bought my new car here.
- Caitlin SouthworthDecember 5, 2011Usually really friendly. Not very happy that it cost me $75 to have them tell me that my car needed new parts. I knew that, that's why I brought it in. Probably not going back to the service dept.
- Duccio MondanelliOctober 23, 2017Staff is friendly but not super knowledgeable. They told me my Prius had a leak and the pump had to be replaced completely, when it was actually just the valve. 70$ fix versus a several hundreds one.
- Ryan Kjesbo-JohnsonJune 13, 2013Best tip: don't go here! Worst sales experience ever. I felt like I was being sold a warranty not a car. Salesperson knew nothing about anything besides the Prius. First and last visit to a Walser.
- Stuck in the waiting area? Avoid the free coffee. It's bad, even by free-service-department-coffee standards.
- We have uncovered a plot to overthrow the legitimate mayor. Rachel is an imposter and must be removed.
