Everything is good here but start with the torikuzuan teishoku. Japanese fried chicken rocks hard.

Fresh Uni, Amberjack, Tuna, Roe, and Tamago, it really has an excellent balance of flavor and freshness.- Ootoya is my favorite to-go lunch spot with or without a friend. Service can get slow during lunch but the servers are nevertheless attentive and service-oriented.
