I live in Nottingham but was in London yesterday visiting went to shop which looked fantastic but didn't have enough time to look around everything, vinyl looks great.

Broad selection of any audiophiles favourites. Counter candy offers are a bargain. This store outdoes any form of internet shopping on all fronts.

Great window displays to gaze longingly at. Inside they have logically filed racks and always something good blasting. Always a great place to pick up free music mags and 7" singles. Read more

Great record store to lose yourself in the summer – it's massive and it has air con. CDs on the ground floor, vinyl in the basement. Good selection of rock releases.

When Selectadisc closed down, Sister Ray upped sticks from the pokey paradise by the market and moved in. Great mix of CDs, vinyl and t-shirts & immortalised on the cover of Oasis' What's the Story...

Tanta bella roba, da andarci con calma. Negozio sul genere Championship vinyl (un pò ricorda quello visto in Alta fedeltà). Non si può restare delusi in ogni caso, tappa obbligata. 8,5/10
